Around seven years ago
There was no grand hotel plan.
There was a place Gráinne knew could hold brilliant weddings, an African stretch marquee and a family willing to believe in the vision.
Those first celebrations had a freedom to them. The venue that followed was built to keep that spirit while adding the comfort and polish couples needed.
